Privacy policy

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect and why

When you send a booking enquiry, you provide your name, phone number, e-mail address, the date and type of the event, its location, the chosen package configuration and an optional message. We use this data only to reply to the enquiry, prepare an offer, confirm the availability of the date and conclude a contract.

The form data is sent through the Netlify Forms service (Netlify, Inc., USA) and reaches us as an e-mail message and in the Netlify panel, where it is stored until the Controller deletes it. You can also contact us by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp.

3. Legal basis and retention period

We process the data in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the Controller's legitimate interest of handling correspondence and pursuing claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the data until the correspondence ends and, if a contract is concluded, for the period required by law (including tax regulations) and until claims expire.

4. Recipients of data

The data may be entrusted to providers of services necessary to run the business, in particular the e-mail provider (Google Ireland Limited, Gmail), an accounting office or accountant, and the hosting and form service provider Netlify, Inc. (USA). Transfers outside the European Economic Area are based on standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms provided for in the GDPR. Contact via WhatsApp uses the service of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, under its own terms.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland. To exercise your rights, write to the address given in section 1.

6. Cookies and external tools

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. In your browser's local storage we save only your sound choice and the fact that you closed the cookie notice. Details: Cookies. Fonts and icons are hosted locally, so your browser does not send requests to external font servers. Links to WhatsApp lead to an external service and work only after you click them.
